Product return conditions

Conditions for replacing goods in case of defects:

  • It is possible to change the product up to 24 hours after delivery to the customer along with the clothing tag and packaging and basic conditions (clothes are not worn, without body odor and perfume and torn or torn).
  • If the clothes are worn, the goods will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • For health reasons, linen pants and t-shirts that are in direct contact with the body are not returned.
  • The cost of sending goods for exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
